Tonight's main picture at the Majestic T'heatre is "Strangers on a Thain"' starring Ruth Rioman and Farley Granger. With a well worked out plot this film moves with inj creasing tensfon to a dramatic clij max. The big attraction for Friday , next is the M.G.M. Technicolor singing romance "You Relong to My Heart/' in which Lana Turner plays opposite Ezio Pinza the foirner star of Broadway ?s lorig-running "South j Pacifie." On Saturday 28th. the j Majestic presents the successful | Cclumbia picture ,?Valentino/, a | Technicolor drania in which the | famed Rudolph Valentino lives again. The name part is taken by Anthony Dexter, with Eleanor Parker as leading lady. This vivid musieal will be shown at Te Rangiita- tomorrow, Thursday pth. "The Whistle at Faton Falis/' to be seen on Monday next, stars Lloyd Bridges as a J working man in a small town who j saves the entire community from I tragedy. Dorothy Gish is the co-star in this Louis de Rochymont thriller.
