TO READERS AND ADVERTISERS # / Will our readers and ^advertisers please note that on account of the closing down of the "Waikato Independent's" printing' depa,rtment over the Christmas holidays in accordance with mdustriar awards, there will be no issue of the Taupo Times next week. The paper will be published as usual on Wednesday, January 7th, 1953. The edition of January 14th wl? mark the first anniversary of the inaugural issue of the Taupo Times, and will also feature the inauguration of the Taupo Hydro-Electricity Scherne. It will consist. of 12 pages, with illustrations and special features.
