At the last meeting of the Taupo Town Board consideration was given to the application of Mr G. Wr. Boot, dentist for a site for his dental caravan. He had asked for a particular site, but as in the interim part of the Domain had been assigned for the use of children as a play area, the Board offered a site on another part of the Domain. To this Mr Boot was unable to agree, as in his opinion it was not convenient for his practice. ★ The meeting of the Tuwharetoa Lawn ^ennis Sub - Association to have been held on Sunday, November 9th. at Mr T.
