MR E. A. WAKEMAN
The death occurred on Saturday, November 29th., of Mr Ernest A. Wakeman, a well-known resident of Acacia Bay, Taupo. The late Mi Wakeman, who has resided permanently in Taupo since 1«939 was very well-known in timber circles, and had been a company director since 1918. He had extensive property interests in the Tarawera district. Durfng his life-time he had resided in the Taihape, Auckland, Hawkes Bay, Tarawera and Huntly distriets, and at one stage owned hotels n Tarawera, Huntly and Taihape. He is survived bv his wife, and one daught^r of a previous marriage, Miss Velma W akeman, of Weding'ton. The funo:"al took place on Monday in Taupo.
