FOREST FIRES
FILM TO BE SHOWN All interested — as people of the Taupo County should be — in the preventive measures for coping with forest fires are invited to attend free of charge, a screening of American Fire Protection Fdlms at the Majestic Theatre on Thursday, November 20th., at 7.30 p.m., as advertised elsewhere. These are documentary 16 millimetre films, and should be of special interest to loggers, timber-work-ers, members of fire brigades, and everyone having property at stake in timber country exposed to th£ risk of fire.
