ARRAY OF FEATURES The Majestie Theatre programmes .as advertised have an eye on the Labour Day Week-End for extra attractions. For tonight (Wednhsday), is scheduted a crime reporter Ihriller "Chicago Deadline" with a typical American newspaper background of sensation with gangsters littering the scene, and romance burning bright to a rosecoloured finale. Alan Ladd and Donna Reed are the stars of this Paramount production. "Diamond City," the feature film for Friday, stars David Farrar and Honor Blackman, is he-men stuff with the South African diamond field as the setting, and the I.D.B. (Ilbat Diamond Buying), racket as a highlight. For Saturday is listed an Arthur J. Rank British film production "Hotel Sahara," with Yvonne de Cario, Peter Ustinov, and David TornMnson in the stellar roles. It is a story of the Desert in Wartime, a luxury hotel and conflicting human emotions, in which hilarious comedy helps to make bright entertainment. This is good fun. The Labour Day (Monday) attraction is "The Prince and the Pauper,'* a Warner Bros. production based on Mark Twain's celebrated story of two people who haa aaventure in their hearts and the fate of a nation in their ;hands. Errol Flynn, Claude Rains, and the Mauch Twins are featured in the cast. For the Wednesday following '(October 29th.) there is scheduled B,ette Davis and Joseph Cotton in the thriller "Beyond the Forest." Diamond Cityn will also be screened at Te Rangi-ita on Thursday,
