ADVICE TO POLITICAL ASPIRANTS
"Eaymond Baldwin, who served the iState of Connecticut for many years as its Governor and as a UJ3. Senator, recently offered this advice to political beginners, especially those who aspire to public office: — "A politician must be approachable . , . He must have respect for the dignity of his fellow beings. It can make no differeace to him what the position in business or the social station of a man or woman may be« They are to be treated alike, for they are fellow Americans. Their problems, their suggestions are important to them, and fhey are fherefore important to their public ofncials too."
