MAJESTIC THEATRE
British Feature For Saturd&y On the bill for this week's show-*-ing at the Majestic Theatre in Taupo are two Western thrillers, and ari Arthur J. Rank British feature. Tonight (Wednesday), as foreshadowed last week, Randolph Scott and Rutk Roman will star in a Warner Bros/ Western drama in Technicolor, "Coft 45" (General Exhibition). For Friday is scheduled an M.G.M. thriller . in i Technicolor, "The Outriders," starring Joel McCrea and Arlene Dahl (General exhibition, but the press sheet carries a note that it is "not suitable for children"). The setting for the story is a typicaJ background of the roaring days cf the American West when wagon trains had to fight off raiding bands of Indians. There should be considerable interest in the Saturday feature, "They Were Not Divided." The story is an epic of the last war, and the time is after Dunkirk. All the actors are ex-servicemen, and this enables a strong savour of realism to invigorate the story. The press sheet notes that the film is not suitable for children. ,
