MOTUOPA BAY NEWS
MEETING TO FORM DOMAIN BOARD At a special general meeting of ratepayers of Motuopa Bay on Satuiday, August 30th., it was decideb to form a Domain Board. The names of the nominees are being forwarded to the Commissioner of Crown Laiids, Hamilton, for his approval. A good programme of work has been drawn up, which will be gone on with when the constitution of the board has been officially notified. At the same meeting was also held the annual general meeting of ratepayers, when the following officerfc were elected for the ensuring year: — Chairman, F. Needham. Deputy Chairman, C. Lane. Hon. Secretary, W. A. Sutherland. Committee, T. Auld, W. C. Lon- , don, L. Hastings, V. C. Elight, G. Beattie, R. Harvey and J. McDonald. Hon. Auditqr, F. Hopwood. At the conclusion of the meeting a vote of thanks was accorded Mr P, Needham for the use of his house for the meetings /
