For August to date, 2.81 inches# Temperature. — Maximum for week, 57.0 degrees on' Tuesday, August 19th. Maximum for August to-date, 62.0 degrees on Tuesday August 5th. Minimum for week, and for August, 28.8 degrees on Tuesday, August 19th. Frosts were recorded as follows: August 16th., 5.3 degrees. August 17th., 5.1 degrees.
