RESOLUTION "That in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Local Bodies Loans Act 1926 and its amendments, the Local Government Loans Board Act 1926 and regulations thereunder and every other power in that behalf enabling it, the Taupo Tov/n Board hereby authorises the r'aising of a Special Loan of £5000. 0. 0. for the purpose of eonstructing new A.C. Baths." That secuiity of such Special Loan shall be a special rate of seven-six-teenth of a penny (7/16d.) in the pound on the rateable, unimproved value of all rateable property in the Town District of Taupo. Pursuant to Section 3 of the Local Bodies Loans Amendment Act 1951, notice is hereby given that a Poll of Ratepayers is required to be taken if five (5) per centum of the ratepayers of the district so demand by writing under their hands, delivered or sent by post to the Taupo Town Board before the date fixed for the confirmation of the resolution to raise the Special Loan.
