KENT LAND AGENT, TAUPO P.O. BOX 155 PHONES: Business 94; Private 118 K Hon. Stan. Goosman, Minister for Geo-Thermal Power, guardedly speaks of tremendous possibi 1 ities. This in conjunction with hydro development and bringing in of Pumice Lands for Farms undoubtedly spells tremendous future prospects for Taupo. If you care to look at a plan of Taupo you can see that it has a one-sided main street, which, on the limited business of tourist and local town development, is fully taken up. There is no question but that within the next few years the commercial section of the Town will spread to occupy the entire area between Tongariro Street and Ruapehu Street. There is only one conclusion ! Commercial sites in the area mentioned above must have good prospective value, and residential sections within threequarters of a mile from the school and town area splendid investment. I have properties to sell in both categories, and as an investment these cannot be beaten throughout New Zealand — even at Tokoroa ! If you want a good investment it is not too late ! T. M.
