Sir, — Can someone please tell me, if there will ever be, footpaths along the streets for weary mothers, feet? We ask and ask again, we call aloud in vain, but no one heeds our cry and the years keep slipping by. The Board doth slumber deep, and while a man they keep he never seems to make a footpath for our sake.
