FIRE IN TAUPO
HOLIDAY RESIDENCE DESTRGYED While !Mr John Jerram, of Eastbourne, Wellington, was out on the lake on Sunday, his holiday residence on Henry Hill Btreet, Taupo, caught fire and was completely destroyed. The fire had too good a hold by the time the brigade arrived and for to work with the hose, and there was no hope of saving the building. Mr and Mrs Jerram had come up for the week-end.
