\ A meeting of the Native Land Court will be presided over by Judge Harvey at Mokai on April 9th. nexl to hear objections to the cancellation of existing partitions in the Pouakani block. When suitable arrangements have been made, it is expected that a block of 2,500 acres will be gazetted for Maori farm development. The area will be divided into a nrrmber of farms each of approximately 200 acres, of sufficient size to carry 60-70 head of cattle or dairy cows each.
