Price, who has been in Tau^ po for the past six months, has now returned to Wellington where he is completing a course at Victoria University. * * * Mrs C. J. Monk and daughter, New Plymouth. ❖ * * FIRE BRIGADE DANCE \ The dance in Rickits Hall on Saturday evening last to raise funds for the Fire Brigade was a great success, a large attendance being present. The art union drawing resulted as follows: — First prize, Ray Reid (17415), £60; second, Bill Mitchell (12491), £20; third, G. S. Anchor (4892), £10. At a rough estimate the net result is a sum of £150 for the brigade fund. * * * * Disclaimer. — Mr W. H. Kent, Taupo, is in no way eonnected with Mr G.
