The Cambridge Chamber of Commerce r c >ntly applied, through Mr Herries, M.P-, to have Cambridge connected by telephone with Te Aroha, Waihi and Thames. Mi Herries forwarded the following satisfactory reply from the Minister for Telegraphs: “The erection of a metallic circuit between Hamilton and Paeroa has been authorised. When this work is completed a permanent all day service will be provided, from Cambridge to Paeroa, Te Aroha, Waihi and Thames, ai d the latter offices will also be able to s ( eik with Auckland.” If you want a beverage with the pure flavour of ripe raspberries, then get a shilling bottle of Sharland’s Raspberry Fruit Extract. This is something new, and surpasses in richness and purity of flavour the many Raspberry Syrups on the market. A few drops to a tumbler of water, sweetened to taste, is a delicious beverage. It is just the sort of thing you want in your basket when picnicing. Ask your grocer for a bottle. Other flavors Lemon and Pineapple. 1135
