Mining.
FERGUSSON’S SMELTING CO. VISIT OF EXPERTS. It is understood that a detailed inspection of the various properties owned by the Fergusson’s Mining and Smelting Company will be made by experts who have just arrived from Australia for this purpose. Some changes have been made in the directorate and it is stated that Mr Hardy (formerly of Hardy Mines, Waiorongomai) takes a seat on the Board. He will accompany the experts on their visit. So far the Whangaroa property has been the only one under review, but later on the experts will visit Te Aroha and Waiomo.
