(To the Editor) Sir, —My letter of last week re the carriage of our butter for the Thames Valley Dairy Company has had the effect that the butter is now carefully covered over, but there is much to be desired yet. I noticed as he passed my residence the other morning a few very large flies, in consequence of, and through hides and butchers sundries beiug carried in the same waggon two days previously. This should not be allowed to continue. What is the use of getting concrete yards, a good supply, of water, coolers, and putting a white apron on ;our managers, to see the whole thing made a holy show of by this criminal neglect.—l am, etc., INTERESTED.
