Indian Reforms.

Calcetta, November 16. Det4ils of Indian reforms have been gazetted in Calcutta. The Viceroy’s Council have an official majority of three on all provisional councils, and non-official majorities ranging from fourteen in Bengal to three in Burmah. Mahomaden’s will be adequately represented on the Viceroy’s Council. Aga Khan, President of the All Indian Moslem League, and Ameer Adi, President of the London Branch, consider the new regulations will constitute a fulfilment of the pledge made to the Moslems far in advance of the earlier proposals, and strongly res commends their loyal acceptance.
