RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
Hungahunga Drainage Board’s ratepayers’ list. There being no objectors it was confirmed. O. Pilling v. M. Ryan, claim for cost of repairs to gun Evidenoe was given that the defendant admitted smashing the gun and that it should be repaired. Application had been made for the cost of repairs but no notice was taken. Judgment for £3 7s 6d, cost of repair, and costs. Several other cases were settled out of court.
Flynn and Petersen v: Reid and Gray, claim on warranty of chaffcutter.
