Halley’s Comet

London, September 14. Professor Wolf, of Koenigstule Observatory, Heidelburg, announces that Halley’s comet was discovered there early on Sunday morning. Moreover, the comet was detected faintly on a |photographic plate at Greenwich, and will be visible by the use of a telescope at the end of January next, fusible as the morning star to the liked eye towards the end of April, Ad as the evening star a month later, ■ien very near the earth.
