London, September 12, AN unknown steamer ran down the sailing vessel Notre Dame Harvor, bound f°r Hobart with a general cargo. A hole was torn in the side of the sailer, through which the water rushed, partly flooding the Ihold. Eighty tons of cement were jettisoned. The damaged vessel was then taken in tow and brought into Falmouth. 6
