London. September 9. The “ Daily Chronicle ” reports that the state of A rkansas is suing 65 companies included in a so-called insurance trust.' alleging it to be an illegal combination. > The State asks the Court to impose a fine of thirteen million sterling, and # million dollars against each company, and also that it be expelled from Arkansas.
