Auckland, August 16. Their Excellencies Lord and Lady Plunket are expected to arrive in Auckland, after a visit to Christchurch, by the express from Wellington tomorrow morning, To-morrow the Governor will lay the foundation stone of the Auckland Techncal College. On Thusday night Lord and Lady Plunket will attend the Garrison Officers’ Ball, Their Excellencies do not intend to return to Wellington before the opening of Parliament,
