Shipping Casualties.
Capetown, August l o, The Cape Government is appointing a Commission to inquire into, the arrange* ruents dealing with shipping casualties on the coast, with a view to providing reasonable facilities for saving life and property. The Admiralty has been approached with a view to securing the services of an experiened naval officer to assist the Commissioners.
