Our school Rugby reps play the doughty Eureka boys at Morrinsville on Saturday. A stranger was in and about the tow .1 yesterday lookiug out for a suitable site whereon to start a new business.
An inspection parade of the Piako Mounted Rifles takes place here on Saturday. A record muster is expected.
There was a big attendance at the Concert on Thursday even ; ng, and those present enjoyed themselves ivery much indeed.
I understand that ai rangements are being made for the presentation of the Cup and Caps to the Te Aroha Rugby reps. Might I suggest that those aiuanging for the Te Aroha Carnival keep to their own district, as we are capable of attending to our own affairs. We can manage our sports very well without assistance.
Tfie faotoiy is working away, but the supply of nrtk is limited. Before a month is past, however, it is expected that the supply will have trebled. •
