Iron Companies’ Combine.
London, Julv 13. Several WorLington Iron Companies and Cumberland properties owned by Samuel Laird and Co. have amalgamated with a joint capital of two millions, employing "000 hands. Sir J. S. Randles, M.P., states that foreign com’ petition necessitated amalgamation.
