The Budget League
London, July 13. Sir J. P. Dickson Poynder, Liberal M.P. for Chippenham, has withdrawn froip the recently formed Budget League on the ground that the Government's amendments are making land taxes more unworkable. Several Ministerialists hold Mr Blody George's promise tQ exclude small holdings proves that increment tax is no longer based upon the original principle.
