A man working on certain premises in Timaru left his work momentarily to perform a little service for a person oil the,road. He met with an accident, which necessitated his removal to the hospital, whore he received notice a day or two later, that be would receive no insurance money as he was on the road when the accident happened, and his policy only covered him while on the premises where he was employed.
