The Cadet Battalion Shield.
The following is the result of the rifle match at Waihi, to decide the district champion team to compete iu the final for the Ohinemuri Cadet Battalion challenge shield. The shooting was interfered with by a tricky wind.
The No. 1 Company of the High School thus compete in the final against Paeroa and Te Airhu High Schools for the shield.
The highest individual score (76) was made by,Sergeant McLean, who takes the gold medal for the champion district shot.
