Russian Prisons.
St. Petersburg, June 3. Pbince Kropotkin, the famous Russian scientist and anarchist, states Russian prisons, which, according to official estimates, have a capacity capable of holding 90,000 prisoners, are now holding 181,000. The Douma rejected a Bill abolishing capital punishment on the ground A> that Courts acting outside of the Douma’s jurisdiction can order executions.
