Perth, May 12. When the R.M.S. Orotava arrived a detective arrested an Austrian gum' digger named Ravelicli, on a provisional warrant, charging him with obtaining at Dargaville, New Zealand, under false pretences, a gold chain and locket, valued at £ll, from Elias Maodith.
