Wellington, April 21. With regard to rapid cabling, the Premier received a letter from Mr J. H. Heaton, stating there were four great nventors who proved in his presence that th«y could send. 500 words in the space of 30 nr’nutes over cables. The Premier remarked that the news was most reassuriug for the great obstacle in the way of cheapening cable communication is limited to the capacity of the cables.
