Fires in the South.
Dunedin, April 21
Late last night a haystack at Evens • dale, a house at Warrington and the Presbyterian Church at Waitai, all within a radius of four miles, were burned dcwn. The fires are believed to have been caused either by swaggers or by the act of a lnnatic, who escaped from Seacliffe mental hospital yesterday morning.
