Licensed Victuallers’ Association

THE OPINION IN SYDNEY

Sydney, April 14. At the annual meeting of the Licensed Victhallers Association, the President said that unless strenuous efforts of all interested were immediately put in operation, at the next local option poll vote a still greater number of hotels than under last vote might be closed ; possibly Nolicense would be carried in some electorates. He admitted there were too many hotels in Sydney. Some should be closed in the public interest.
