VicePresidents : Messrs Somers, Pilling, Gavin, Spence, Fitzgerald, Hogan, O’Neill, Maingay, Baine, Smith, Spooner, Johnson, Mclndoe. Wigg, Rowe, McDonald, Boynton, Edwards, Gahagan, tJefferson, Lovegroye, Dr. Axford and Dr. Kenny.
Delegates to Piako Rugby Union :, Messrs McKee, Honeybun, and Whitehead. Management Committee . Messrs Peters, Sc >tt, All’son. Aitkens, Collins, Henderson Honeybun.* Selection Committee * Messrs Peters, Allison, Aitken, and the Captain of the team. •
It was decided that the Captain be chosen at the first match.
Resolved that the Selection Committee pick the first t**am for the Juniors, after which the Juniors pick their own teams.
The Delegates were instructed ‘o vote against Matamata, and for Waiorongomu joining the Piako Rugby Union. Mr N. B. Teters was appointed manager of th 9 team A vote of thanks to the Chairman brought a successful meeting to an end.
