Austro-Servian Dispute.
Paris, February 20. The French Minister of Foreign Affairs (M. Pichon) conferred with the British, German, Italian, and Russian Ambassadors as to the possibility of collecting proposals for a settlement of the AustroServian dispute. The Servian Cabinet has resigned. None of the young Radical party aie willing to accept the three vacant portfolios.
