YELLOW PERIL FEARS.
Sydney, February 11. Hwang Yung Liang, the Chinese Consul for New Zealand, in an interview declared that the yellow peril fears were amusing and quite wide of the mark. The Chinese had not the least idea of giving battle. The love of peace was ingrained in them. They wished to cooperate with the movements best calculated to advance the well being of humanity as a whole.
