REPRODUCTIVE POLICY.
Melbourne, February 10. The Governor’s speech at the opening of the State Parliament announced that the Government will put sue an active policy of reproductive works for railway con struction. It will be, necessary to ask for additional borrowing powers, and loans will probably be floated at the first favourable, opportunity. After a brief recess the Mini-try will introduce an important Policy n easure. <
