CRICKET This a fternoon a match will be played at Waihou between the Waihou and Waiorongomai Clubs. Wilson, Everitt, Beeson (2), Donovan, Griffin. .TENNIS The following team will represent Te Aroha in a tennis match against Paeroa this afternoon, on the Te Aroha courts :—Misses A. Brownlee, M. Beswick, Mrs Seville, Miss Parker. Messrs W. Maingay, R. ‘Payze, A. Galder, J. C. Hanna.

A team from To Aro&a Tennis Club journeyed to Morrinsville per Messi s Johnson and Gwillim’s brake, on Wednesday last tn try conclusions in a friendly game with Morrinsville players. On arrival at Dr. S.-ville’s residence the team was most hospitably received by the doctor and Mrs Seville (the secretary), afterwards being escorted to the courts, play commencing at 3 o’clock. Sjme very close games were played. Afternoon tea was provided by the ladies of the Morrinsville club and friends. The team left for home at 7.30, arriving in Te Aroha at 9 p m.
