The sixteenth annual report of the department of Agriculture of New Zealand, is full of information of interest to the farming community. It deals at length, not only with the operations of the primary industry, "but with the details of the various divisions. The work has been carefully ediied, and the information it contains is presented in an intelligent and attractive manner. The illustrations are more numerous than usual, and deal chiefly with the experimental side of agriculture. The report (which may be obtained upon application to the Agricultural Department), should be in the home of every farmer. Mr W.
