Socialism in Germany.
Berlin, September 17. A fierce debate is proceeding at the Social Democrats Conference between Herr Bebel, leader of the Socialists in the Reichstag and the southern German delegates. The Southerners threaten that if the parties to the controversy arising out of executives motion, blaming Socialists in the diets of Wurtemburg, Baden, and Bavaria for voting for budgets of states framed in the the interests of the wealthy classes made a trial of strength in voting. They will let things take their own course
