CORRESPONDENCE.

To the Editor,
Sir, —Though only a visitor to your little township, I trust you will allow me space in your paper to draw attention to the manner in which little children are allowed to roam about your Domain grounds unattended and destroying plants at their own sweet will. Whilst sitting , ..in the Domain on Friday afternoon last, “'’there were three or four little children running at random across the flower eds, nipping off • he tops o; anything that came in th ir way, and although chastised by several people passing through, myself included, they continued their pranks when people passed on. It was then dusk, and I should think quite time for children of their tender years to be in their own homes. This destruction must, . I am sure, cause great annoyance to. those who have to take the trouble to raise and tend these plants.—l am, etc.
A VISITOB.
