A meeting of the Directors of the ] Te Aroha District Co-operative. Dairy Company, Ltd., was held in the Secretary’s (Mr F. W. Wild) Office on Saturday evening last, when the following tenders were accepted : * No. i—Carting Coal from Waihou Station to Waihou Butter Factory : G. Goodfellow, is lod per ton. No. 2—Carting Coal from Mangaiti Siding to Mangaiti Creamery W. T. Brinkley, zs 5d a ton. No. 3—Carting Coal from Waihou Station to Waitoa Creamery: G. Goodfellow, 6s 4d a ton. No. 4 —Carting Coal from Te Aroha Station to Te Aroha West Creamery : J. Robinson, 4s 6d a ton.

No. 5 —Carting 'Coal from Matam.ata Station to Manga whero Creamery : T. Fussey, 7s gd a ton. No. 6—Carting Cream, etc., from and to Te Aroha West Creamery to Waihou Butter Factory: C. F. West, 4s 3d a day. No. 7 —Carting Cream, etc., from Mangaiti Creamery to and from Waihou : C. B. Edwards, 4s s|d per day. No. B—Carting Cream from Waitoa Creamery to and from Waihou : J. Neve, 3s 3d per day. No. 9 —Carting Cream, etc., from and to Mangawhero Creamery: to Matamata Railway Station : A. M. Pohlen. 4s per day. No. 10 —Purchase of Buttermilk at Waihou Factory (Lump Sum) : W. A. Taylor, /15. —Appointments—- . The following-appointments were made to creameries :—Te Aroha West, A. G Williams; Mangaiti, B. G. Cooper ; Waitoa, J. Reynolds ; Mr J. Morrow remains in« charge of the Central Factory at Waihou. —Annual Meeting— The annual meeting of suppliers will be held on 3rd August. , —Painting— Mr J. Wild’s tender was accepted for painting the Te Aroha West Creamery.
