The Revs. Mackie and ' Edgell and Mr Bridgeman were Pttsent, the Rev. Mackie presiding. H i After a short address by thepreL sident, the evening was devoted to singing* l Items were rendered by the following -Song, “ Juanita,” Mr Douli; song, Miss Walton; “ Work-a-day World,” Mr J ' Tong; “ Some Day, Some Time,” Choir; hymn, “Crown Him”; pianoforte duet, Misses Franks; .... pianoforte solo, “ Silvery Waves,” ' Miss Scelly ; address, Rev. Edgell; . Song, “ Eileen Allannah,” Miss . Walton; address, Mr Bridgeman ; song”, “ Good-bye Annie,” Mr Starke; songj Mr Livingstone. * Refreshments were then provided .... , by the ladies. Great credit is due to .Misses Walton, Scelly, Browne, and , Pirritt for the able manner in which everything was carried out.
