TIFTH WEEK’S EESULTS

The fifth week of the second competition promoted by the North Island Egg-lay-ing Competition As-ociation, Ltd,, at Cambridge, was concluded on Friday last. The following particulars are supplied by Mr A. 13. Trythall, secretary and manager of the competition The number of eggs laid during the week was 871, being an average of 13.19 eggs per pen. The total number of eggs laid since lGth May is 2837, [being an average of 12.98 eggs per pen. The weather during the week was favourable.
