A Nasty Accident.

While engaged working on the new Bank of New Zealand buildings, Te Aroha, a plasterer named H. Grainger, met with a nasty accident on Tuesday last, It appears that while carrying a bucket along the scaffolding, Grainger slipped, and fell a distance of some 20ft heavily on to the asphalt path below. When picked up the youhg man was in a semi-conscious state. Dr. MacDougall was quickly in attendance, and attended, to the sufferer. It was found that Grainger had hurt both hands and feet, and strained his back, and most serious injury to left foot. On enquiry last evening we found that Grainger is making a good recovery.
