BERLIN, Yesterday. Another evolution rejects colonisation and demands a policy of peaceful development and of placing natural riches at the disposal of the entir~ humanity, The Indian delegates moved that a continuance •of 'British rule would be disastrous to India, and urged all clovers of freedom to liberate them from the slavery of one-fifth of the human race.
After an exciting debate and much recrimination the resolutions were referred to the committee.
