A BIG SMASH. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, This Day. The local mill owner who was recently fined £SOO by the Millowners’ Association for a Breach of their rules, has failed. His liabilities are said to total about £33,000, and the amount secured to creditors in one firm is £5400, another at £3OOO, and a thir4 at £I6OO. Debitor’s three mills are advertised for sale in his assigned estate. Flour is now being brought into the colony from Australia.
